Control Panel Changes

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during the migration to our new website. During the migration, it was necessary to temporarily disable some popular features such as the "Guild Deposit" links. These features will be available in the coming weeks in addition to new features such as: free custom host names, additional hosting locations, improved video tutorials and chat-based technical support.
We understand that the changes to our website's user interface may take some getting used to. Below are some answers to some of the frequently asked questions from our customers:
- I forgot my old control panel username or password, how can I recover it?
- This can be done by visiting the Reset Password page. Enter your Ventrilo server's port number in the "Username" box, fill out the security text, and then click the "Reset" button. Our website will then send an email containing your new username and password to the email address we have on file.
- I already have an account, how do I renew my Ventrilo server?
- Login to the new control panel then click the Renew Server link near the bottom, left-hand side of the page under the "Manage Account" heading. Your Ventrilo server's details will be displayed including your host name, port number, slot count and payment due date. Provide the necessary billing information and then click the "Renew" button to remit payment.
- I want to change my username or password, how can I do this?
- Our old website used your Ventrilo server's port number as the default username to access the control panel. This has been replaced with a username and password of your choosing. After loggging into the control panel, click the Change Username or Password link near the bottom, left-hand side of the page under the "Manage Account" heading.
